1. If you are offered a better deal by your current provider within 28 days of transferring to kinex, just send us the full details of their tariff by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll compare this offer to ours and let you know what we can do. If you are not satisfied by our offer, you’ll be be free to cancel your kinex contract without penalty and transfer to the supplier of your choice.
2. kinex operates a fair usage policy for its Unlimited Broadband and Fibre packages. You will incur no additional charge or suspension of service as a consequence of exceeding any usage threshold. If kinex believe that your use of the Service is adversely affecting the network (or any part of it) or other customers, then kinex may moderately regulate your usage.
3. The fixed prices may be varied as per your Ts and Cs, a copy of which is available at www.kinex.co.uk/terms-and-pricing.
4. The competitor’s offer must include prices for all service types, any applicable meter type, water usage, waste water usage, and property and highways drainage. Competitor’s offer must be for the same products and services. Competitor’s offer must be in writing and must have been made within 28 days of the service start date with kinex. Competitor’s written offer must be provided to kinex by email at email@example.com or by post to kinex, Longley House, Longley Lane, Manchester, M22 4SY. kinex will respond within 7 days of receipt.
